WHERE IS YOUR GYM?
Our gym is based in Frimley. Our address is 4 Cedar Business Park, Cedar Lane, GU16 7AZ.
WHAT ARE GROUP SESSIONS?
We would describe our group classes more like small group personal training sessions. They take place in small groups of no more than 8 participants to 1 coach. This allows us to still deliver a personalised experience, but with the added bonus of a fun group dynamic, and is a more cost effective option for you.
Our community is infectious; expect to create friendships with likeminded individuals who motivate and support one another, with no judgement.
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT OR HAVE EXPERIENCE?
Not at all, most of our members came to us to get fit and strong! All our members vary in age, fitness level and experience. We welcome everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Your journey is unique to you; we’ll tailor everything to ensure you can go at your own pace. There will always be movement options to ensure progression regardless.
WHAT TIME ARE YOUR SESSIONS?
Monday - Thurs: 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Friday: 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm, 1pm, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am, 9am
Sessions can be booked via our app, which is available to download on the App Store for both iOS and Android.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEKS?
It's completely up to you. If you decide you want to continue training with us to reach your fitness goals, we will help you decide which of our membership options is best for you going forward. If you decide that Resolute isn't for you, we'll be sorry to see you go but understand! You can simply say goodbye without having to do anything.
Think of it as a tester that will help you decide whether a membership is for you longer term, with no strings attached.
